• Very low continuously-controlled humidity, prevents moisture absorption
• Totally dark - no fading or sunlight damage from daylight in a regular closet
• Continuous air circulation 24 hours a day
• High-security safekeeping for your valuable furs; We have the same security as a bank vault
• Cedar closets have a nice fragrance but have no air circulation or humidity control and they can be very warm, which is harmful for your fur's long life.

All fur repairs, alterations & cleaning

We are experts for all fur repairs and alterations, from the smallest rip to the complete re-design of your out-of-fashion coat. We use only Hollanderizing Fur Cleaning, and because we share the same location, we can give your furs the continuous hands-on care they deserve. Our highly-qualified and experienced professional staff take care and pride in looking after your furs. Cleaning frequency depends on how often the fur is worn, plus its age, not necessarily every year. Fur cleaning is non-destructive and adds life to your fur by removing harmful contaminants such as fragrances, cosmetics, dust, dirt and pollutants from the air, plus road salt.

Restyling & wide shoulders reduced.

Many older furs from only a few years ago are not being worn now because they have out-of-fashion details like raised or over-squared shoulders, and wide kimono-style sleeves. We can easily adjust your fur to be fashionable and comfortable again.

We offer specialized fur insurance or can provide a Letter of Appraisal for your home insurance policy.
